- Base Material: 100% Virgin Polypropylene (PP) woven fabric.
- Fabric Weight / Thickness: 65 GSM (Grams per Square Meter), customizable based on payload requirements.
- Weave Density (Mesh): Standard 10x10 to 12x12 threads per square inch, providing high tensile and burst strength.
- Top Opening: Heat-cut or hemmed (single folded and stitched to prevent fraying).
- Bottom Closure: Single folded, single stitched with heavy-duty thread to ensure maximum load-bearing capability and prevent bottom blowout.
Key Technical Features
- Lamination (Moisture/Dust Proof): Coated/laminated with a layer of PP film (can be applied to the exterior or interior). The lamination seals the woven mesh, completely preventing moisture ingress and stopping fine, powdery materials from sifting through the fabric. It also provides a smooth, premium surface for high-quality printing.

Please Note: Because bulk bags are high-volume items (even when folded flat), shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the total weight and volume of your order. For large bulk orders, we utilize specialized freight rates to ensure your costs remain as low as possible.
Can I collect my bags directly to save on shipping?
Yes! If you are based in Gauteng, you are welcome to collect your order directly from our warehouse at 5 Denne Rd, Vulcania, Brakpan.
Just select "Local Pickup" at checkout, and please pop us a WhatsApp at 079 579 1081 to confirm your time of arrival so we can have your parcel ready.
Do you offer discounts for bulk orders or commercial buyers?
